  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Add butter to a non-stick pan and melt over medium heat.
  3. Add extract, cinnamon and sweetener and stir to combine.
  4. Add walnuts and stir until thoroughly coated.
  5. Continue stirring for 3 to 5 minutes or until the liquid begins to caramelize.
  6. Pour mixture evenly onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before eating.
