Yield: 2 cups
Serving size: 2 tablespoons



  1. Pour all the ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl.
  2. Use a hand or electric mixer to whip the heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until sturdy peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. Avoid over-beating the cream.  
  3. Leftover whipped topping can be stored in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
