- 1 cup cold Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar-free sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pour all the ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Use a hand or electric mixer to whip the heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until sturdy peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. Avoid over-beating the cream.
- Leftover whipped topping can be stored in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
