- 1 cup water
- ½ cup Steviva Blend Fine Powder
- 1½ Tbsp pure maple extract
- ½ tsp xanthan gum
- 2 Tbsp butter (optional)
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the water, sweetener, maple extract, and xanthan gum.
- Bring mixture to a slow boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Mixture consistency should be noticeably thicker at this point.
- If desired, add butter and stir into hot mixture until melted.
