FYI: this basil pesto dressing goes especially great over a nice Caprese Salad.
Serving Size: 1 tablespoon per serving

- 2 cups of packed basil leaves
- ½ cup of olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves (depending on how much you love garlic)
- Salt to taste.
Place all ingredients in a blender or mini-food processor and mix until you have a smooth dressing.
