Ingredients
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp white distilled vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and use a hand or electric mixer to blend together until a smooth consistency is reached.
- Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
Note: Dressing will be a thicker consistency than a typical store-bought dressing, which makes it more suitable as a dip. For a thinner consistency, simply add a small amount of additional cream.
