Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 scoop collagen or protein powder of choice
- 1 Tbsp coconut cream
- 2 Tbsp almond butter (no sugar added)
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed meal (optional)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Monk Fruit sweetener or other natural sweetener to taste
- ā Ā tsp almond extract
- 4-6 ice cubes
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy consistency.
