Ingredients
- 8 oz blue cheese
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup regular sour cream
- ½ cup half & half
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until desired consistency.
- Garnish with additional black pepper as desired.
