  • 8 oz blue cheese
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup regular sour cream
  • ½ cup half & half
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until desired consistency.
  2. Garnish with additional black pepper as desired.
