- 16 ounces frozen chopped spinach
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
- Add frozen spinach and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings to the spinach.
