  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 16 ounces frozen chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
  2. Add frozen spinach and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings to the spinach.
  4. Stir together until combined well and texture is creamy.
