Walnut Cream Sauce

Walnut Cream Sauce

Yield: ~2 cups
Serving size: ¼ cup


  • 1½ cups walnuts
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole fat coconut milk
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp minced roasted garlic paste
  • 1½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place walnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
